Point commisisions :
1: The artist changing so much aka , I ask for standing kissing , they do something 100% differnt (but I don't mind when changing bit's of the pose )
2: missing markings that are clearly shown on the ref sheets then refusing to fix them IT'S YOUR FAULT FOR NOT USEING YOUR EYES !
3: people who treat the commissoner like they are so lucky to be getting a commission from them ! without you'r commissioner YOU HAVE NOTHING
4: artists who change the level , say you ask for a full drawing then they give you just a colored lineart and say " It didnt look right" , then refuse to refund you down to what you got
5: people who take months yet they draw atlest 5 personal drawings a day , then say they are busy -.-

DON'T DO COMMISSIONS IF YOU CAN NOT FUCKING DRAW LINES ON A FACE YOU RETARD
2. I send sketches, honestly I think it's the best way for customer satisfaction, although it isn't always necessary.
3. Who cares if they don't want to draw in detail? They can't just do what they want to do after they have been paid. They have been paid to draw something. You can't just go to a normal job and say you don't want to do something.
4. You should always treat your customers with respect or you won't have a business, it's rather obvious isn't it?
5. Once again I don't even know how someone can't draw markings...they'd have to be a pretty shitty artist and don't even deserve to be paid if they can't draw. Why are they selling art if they can't draw? honestly.
And if they HAD to change the markings they should honestly talk to the buyer before changing the markings.
Also if they actually tried they could probably draw them. When I sell art I redo the art over and over again until I get it right. It takes practice but you should be able to do it.
6. People should give a refund if the buyer isn't satisfied or that can be seen as fraud and is actually illegal. Why should she suck it up when she's losing her money for a unsatisfactory product? If anything she is sucking it up by doing something about it instead of sitting around and allowing herself to be walked all over like a door mat.
Maybe you don't have a problem with it but I can completely understand why Ruby has, people think differently from you so perhaps try to be a bit less rude to others who have a different opinion to you.
